Who we are
This website, danielseal.co.uk, is the personal website of Daniel Seal, based in London, United Kingdom. Daniel Seal is responsible for the personal data collected through it. You can contact us at danielseal.socialmedia@gmail.com.
What we collect
We only collect personal data when you send a message through the contact form: your name, email address, organisation if you give one, the type of enquiry and your message.
The website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and does not set cookies. See the cookies notice.
How we use it
We use the details you send only to read and answer your enquiry. We do not use them for marketing and we do not sell or share them, other than with the service providers listed below.
We rely on our legitimate interest in answering messages sent to us, and on your agreement when you tick the box on the form.
Service providers
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Google provides the email inbox where messages are received.
- Cloudflare hosts the website and, like any web host, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site.
Some of these providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, they rely on the safeguards required by UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to answer you and follow up, and delete them after 24 months at the latest.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw your agreement at any time. Email danielseal.socialmedia@gmail.com and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
